Look, This plant isn't as easy as the classic Rotala Rotundfolia but is not far off. If you are keeping any kind of Wisteria, Ludwigia Repens ect TRY THIS PLANT. It has a sweet narrow leaf to it, but unlike some of the super fine leaf Rotalas this one is WAY EASIER.
This would make a great contrast with some larger leaf plants in the background. Look at ALL of the photos of this plant. It's leaves are sweet but hard to photograph. (Out of water shots don't do it justice.)
One a scale of 1 to 10. I would put this plant at a 3.
Under higher light it will give you more red colors, under less light it will be more of a green. It's the prefect plant for a beginner who has had a tiny bit of success and is ready to try something slightly harder without getting punished for it.
Does this plant like CO2? Yes- All plants do. Does it need it? NOPE. Spread the stems out and roll with the Nanjenshan!
