The goal of the Standard Plant Combo is to get you some success with classic, hardy plants that will keep you wanting more out of your tank. This combo is good for a 29 to 55 gallon tank.
We will send a good mix of fore, mid and background plants with a mix of color. An example would be: leopard val, dwarf sag, a sword, ludiwigias, hygros, rotalas and mayacas. My tank is 95 gallons and I ordered D's Standard Aquarium Plant Combo Plant Pack. All the plants were delivered a day early and were in great shape. I had expected a small amount since it says up to 55 gallons. The amount and quality of plants they sent to me was amazing they filled up my 95 gallon nicely. Here is a before and after pic of the tank it's a bit cloudy due to the substrate being new and the planting."

`Per ususal...Dustin and his crew have done it again....I've ordered multiple plants over the past few years and after breaking down my 75, I decided to take advantage of the D'standard bundle....left it to Dustin to decide what to send....holy moly...! The number and quality of plants received was amazing....there is no way in the world any of my local fish stores could match quality and price. The order completely filled my 75.....just a few more pieces needed to round it out....I'll be ordering another batch soon....!
I ordered the standard plants pack for my 75gallon tank and I was not disappointed! The plants came packed I a temp bag to try and reduce the heat damage during shipping along with what must have started out as an ice pack. After a cleaning to try and verify no hitch hiker snails or bugs, which I did not find any, I laid them all out and started putting them in my tank. All the variety filled my tank and my inexperience with plants did not make a difference it came out great! Plenty of room for when I put fish to allow them to swim through and around. I’ll most likely order again when I set up another tank!
Dustin always blows me away with the quality of his plants. They always come in looking perfect. The lotus came in with a few leaves dead but that isn't an issue as they bounce back quickly in my tanks. He selected plants that would go well with my new light and boy do they! I am in love with the Triple Red Ludwigia and I hope it thrives. Dustin is always a 10/10 and that's why I keep ordering from him!
Ordered the red root floaters, came in quite fast, I was impressed.
Put the plants in the tank, looked fantastic, but not any more. The floaters are slowly dying day by day. This was after a few weeks 3 to 4. Other plants in the tank are thriving, actually need to trim them back once in a while. Water is well balanced and fish are having a time of it.
Received the plant package and found it to be well worth the price. I couldn't have purchased this quantity at local aquarium shops for Dustin's prices. I planted them right away and some of them are melting away just a bit, but this was to be expected. I buried some plants tabs and used the Plant Juice, and have seen some of the plants already showing signs of recovering. (Spreading out, colors coming back, etc). I ordered the 55-gallon package and found that it was enough to fill out my 75-gallon tank. I will eventually post pics, but want to give the plants time to adapt to their new location and look their best.
