Water Wisteria AKA The HARDIEST Hygrophila (Hygrophila difformis)
These have been underwater in a big deep basin for 2 1/2-3 weeks and should transition perfect to your aquarium.
These are NICE Underwater grown plants with decent roots. The tops have the split leaf underwater growth, there are still some leaves with the above water more oval leaves lower.
They are about 6-7 inches tall. They are a NITRATE SPONGE!

Water Wisteria is simply an AWESOME beginner plant. Water Wisteria AKA Hygrophila difformis, can take anything you can throw at it.
True to it's latin name, difformis means to be irregularly or unevenly or differently formed. This hygrophila's foliage is ruffled and unique, adding a striking texture to your tank.
Wisteria one of those plants that when you get it going it will grow like a weed. Try it out while you are a rookie and see. Water Wisteria does well in a newly planted tank.
I like to float it personally as it gets more light and send off some really great long flowing roots. Fish love hiding and breeding in Water Wisteria's roots.
In an order you get 4-6 nice bushy stems of it, often with great roots already going.
The stems are beefy as if they have been growing in down in dirt. This picture doesn't do this great plant justice... This is one of our best selling plants for a reason. We grow them in a 90 gallon aquarium in the greenhouse which gets FULL morning sun. The plants love this and grow like crazy for us...then on to you.

Easy to grow! It grows really fast. And can replant trimmings. Great cover for fry.
Super hardy and they sent plenty of it. Winter is never an ideal time for shipping. But it bounced right back in my tank after looking a little stressed.
I ordered 3 plants and these have done the best by far.
15g Fluval Flex. All plants in photos are from Dustin’s with the exception of the anubias. Wisteria, fern, and Ludwigia arrived in this order very healthy wrapped in wet paper with a warm pack. I received five wisteria stems. I’m growing one stem as a floater and the rest are planted. My betta, Earl Jarson, quickly settled into its bushy leaves. I always return to Dustin’s for healthy stock, quick shipping, and well packaged plants.
When I received my order, the paper towel wrap was still dripping and the plants were healthy. I dropped them in the tank and let them acclimate for a few days before planting. I couldn’t believe how many roots there were when I planted them today!! My fish are jerks and love to rip up plants but they’re gonna have a hard time with these!!
