This is one of the EASIEST ROTALAS. This plant DOES NOT CARE. The more light you give it the better it grows. Think of this ass the BASELINE of Rotalas with everything listed below as gradual steps up from this.
Under higher light it will get more RED, under lower light it will stay more yellow and greenish.
