The plants arrived in very good condition. However, they got to spend the weekend at the UPS facility. They didn’t arrive until Monday.

While the two bundles of plants I received arrived in excellent condition and are doing fine in my tanks, I had specifically noted in my order that I was looking for plants that would thrive attached to lava rock—a request that was even highlighted on my shipping slip. In the product description, you list seven possible plant options, several of which are well-suited for lava rock, so I was hopeful.
I also assumed that ordering two bundles would increase the chances of receiving a variety. Instead, both bundles contained the exact same plants, and unfortunately, none of them are suitable for thriving on lava rock. While I understand that selection is random and at your discretion, I do feel that when multiple bundles are ordered, more variety should be considered.
I ordered these plants in August - challenge on!
Mostly everything survived, they've been in the tank for 2+ weeks at this point, using their fertilizer daily. There's a couple that I'm watching to see if they survive the plant melt. The ice packs didn't make it to delivery, the plants were all 100 degrees arriving in Texas.
But so far, mostly good! Just plan better than me, and you should be OK haha.
The plants arrived quickly and were packaged very well with proper insulation and a cool pack.
They were in excellent condition. They look beautiful in our aquarium and the fish seem to enjoy them as well.
