Anubias Nana Petite (Amazing Aquascaping Plant)
These are nice plants for $9.95 (They are in the black pots) The main photo is what the average plant looks like... slightly smaller leaves.....petite :)
Like Anubias but want the smaller version? Anubias Petite is there for you. Anubias Nana Petite is just like it sounds. It's a smaller, more petite version of Anubias. This variety isn't available as often as I would like it so if you want it- Grab it- because it won't last. NOTE: I have found that Anubias Nana Petite is slightly less hardy then the regular sized Anubias. It is still a hardy plants but probably due to it's smaller size- it isn't as rugged. The leaves on this plant are about half an inch and stay that way. Like most Anubias, it is a slow grower and will take a minute to attach to a driftwood or rock. Remember folks. You can plant the roots of Anubias down into the substrate but never the Rhizome.
Care Scale of 1-10: ( 1- it can grow in your toilet- 10 being nearly impossible)
Difficulty: I give Anubias Nana Petite a 2. It takes just a little more care light and nurturing to make sure this little guy makes his way to maturity. Enjoys harder water
Lighting: Prefers a Moderate to High light but handles the low light with that Hardy Anubias structure.
Annubias are amazing plants
I ordered 3 anubias plants and they all arrived in perfect condition. No discoloration at all. Beautiful plant! Will be ordering from here again.
I ordered the potted version this past weekend and I'm super happy that I did. Not only did my order arrive quickly, but was packed great. I haven't planted yet because I'm going to rethink my plans now since there are at least three, if not more, of this little beauty in the 1 pot. That's a far cry from the one I ordered from another source before discovering Dustin's. I received that a couple months ago and it arrived as 3 LEAVES and a sorry looking root.
I'll be ordering from Dustin from now on!
So cute lots of roots Hope it continues to grow
These Anubias nana 'Petite' can't be beat and are far superior to those I received months ago from a competitor. There's no reason to shop anywhere else. As soon as I have my 110 and 75 gallon aquaria set up, I'll be placing a big order. Thanks Dustin!
