Dang. I ordered the easy red combo and ended up receiving 9 plants. 9! 8 actually because I'm pretty sure two were the same species. I don't know if they just have a surplus in the greenhouse or if they were trying to impress a first time customer but they definitely impressed me.
This is my second time ordering plants online. The first supplier was good. But I can tell Dustin's takes it to the next level. The plants arrived healthy and vibrant even during this heat wave! Big mature plants with roots, not just cuttings. I was impressed with my first order from another supplier and, like I said before, Dustin's is expert level stuff. Everything wrapped in wet paper. Ice packs for the heat, a laminated printout with everything circled. Stickers and discount codes. The works, so to speak.
I plan to introduce a comet goldfish and I'm glad to have a variety of plants to see what she will or will not devour. This is also my first planted tank. I like a challenge I guess.
The closest fish shop is almost two hours away and it's a reef store. I'm glad to have found an awesome greenhouse for my aquarium plants.
The tank has just been cycled and I'm waiting for the plants to establish before I add fish.
