Anubias Nana Petite ( Amazing Aquascaping Plant)
THESE MONSTERS ARE $8.95 (They are the BIG POTS)
Like Anubias but want the smaller version? Anubias Petite is there for you. Anubias Nana Petite is just like it sounds. It's a smaller, more petite version of Anubias. This variety isn't available as often as I would like it so if you want it- Grab it- because it won't last. NOTE: I have found that Anubias Nana Petite is slightly less hardy then the regular sized Anubias. It is still a hardy plants but probably due to it's smaller size- it isn't as rugged. The leaves on this plant are about half an inch and stay that way. Like most Anubias, it is a slow grower and will take a minute to attach to a driftwood or rock. Remember folks. You can plant the roots of Anubias down into the substrate but never the Rhizome.
Care Scale of 1-10: ( 1- it can grow in your toilet- 10 being nearly impossible)
Difficulty: I give Anubias Nana Petite a 2. It takes just a little more care light and nurturing to make sure this little guy makes his way to maturity. Enjoys harder water
Lighting: Prefers a Moderate to High light but handles the low light with that Hardy Anubias structure.
I bought one Anubias Nana Petite. It arrived in great form and was big enough so I separated it into 4 decent sized plants.
When Dustin says the portions are HUGE, he ain’t lying. Every plant I ordered came in super healthy (hardly any melt) even after the post office lost my package. And the stem plants had long, full stems with plenty of new growth. I will only order from Dustin from now on. I am blown away by the quality and quantity.
Ordered one and received two as part of a larger order! Perfect little plant for wedging and tucking into stones.
I figured I’d wait a while before writing my review. I couldn’t‘ve been happier with the quality of service and product. I blame my explosive plant growth on the expertise that Dustin has put into the Dirt. I’ve had planted tanks in the past, but none that have shown this amount of growth and overall happiness. Thank you Dustin for a beautiful centerpiece of my home.
