NOTE: The plant you will receive when you purchase the potted variety look like the photos labeled "AS OF 10.5.23" These are huge! Don't miss them!!!!

These are nice plants for $11.95 (They are in the black pots)

Like Anubias but want the smaller version? Anubias Petite is there for you. Anubias Nana Petite is just like it sounds. It's a smaller, more petite version of Anubias. This variety isn't available as often as I would like it so if you want it- Grab it- because it won't last. NOTE: I have found that Anubias Nana Petite is slightly less hardy then the regular sized Anubias. It is still a hardy plants but probably due to it's smaller size- it isn't as rugged. The leaves on this plant are about half an inch and stay that way. Like most Anubias, it is a slow grower and will take a minute to attach to a driftwood or rock. Remember folks. You can plant the roots of Anubias down into the substrate but never the Rhizome.

Care Scale of 1-10: ( 1- it can grow in your toilet- 10 being nearly impossible)

Difficulty: I give Anubias Nana Petite a 2. It takes just a little more care light and nurturing to make sure this little guy makes his way to maturity. Enjoys harder water. (Don't over think this)

Lighting: Prefers a Moderate to High light but handles the low light with that Hardy Anubias structure.

Don't forget to grab our Growth Juice and Iron Supplements. (Anubias likes above average amounts of iron :)

"Great plant and amazing plant volume! Shipping was pretty quick and packaged well. The plants are in great shape and they are overflowing in the pot. I split some of them by carefully seperating mature risom and got 4 parts on some pots."

This Anubias Nana Petite was extremely healthy and full when I received it. I was hesitant to buy it at the higher price, but I was able to split it into four nice-size sections. If you can use that many plants, this is a great value. I tied the pieces to a piece of driftwood and put them in a two gallon fish bowl with one goldfish near a north facing window. It has been over a month and there was absolutely no die-off, instead there is visible growth and the plant seems very happy in that setup. I am pleased with the accuracy of the description of this plant (size, light needs, care, etc), which allowed me to make a good choice even as a beginner.

even though the package was delivered at the wrong address which cause me not to able to open the package as soon it arrived the plants are still very healthy.

smaller than I thought but definitely can be cut and propagate. it has healthy roots too. I have noticed one of the older leaves has a brown spot and yellow ring around the spot maybe fungus?
