Beginner Aquarium Plant Package

1st time buyer here. I was informed of where my order was every step of the way. I received an email as soon as the order hit my porch. All the plants arrived in great shape. I was stunned by the sheer amount of plants I received. I like the fact that I can call or email for help if needed. That is priceless. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future. I think it’s strange I hit the minimum for free shipping but this business doesn’t provide the required shipping conditions to ship the plants in good condition. They charge extra for ice in the packaging. It’s also annoying they don’t label the plants when they arrive. So I have to look up each plants that’s supposed to be in the package and then guess which is which. Not a fan of this business.

I’ve not had great luck with planted tanks in the past but decided to give it a go once again. Dustin helped me out by suggesting the perfect combo for the size of my tank, my lighting and what fish I will eventually stock. Plants arrived in great condition and exactly when promised. Fingers crossed I don’t need it up 🤣😂 but I definitely feel more confident this time!

These plants were healthy and packed perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow and the packer let me know what they picked. Thanks for helping me start this new adventure from boring plastic plants to a beautiful aquarium.
