These have been growing UNDER WATER FOR A MONTH

Lobelia Cardinalis starts off in it's Emersed form with some pretty heavy purples in the leaves. Though as it starts to change to it's submersed state it develops a very small amount of purple shimmer through the bottom of the leaf. It grows a light green on top of the leaf.

This is definitely a foreground plant. I would say it doesn't require a monster light or co2. This is the perfect foreground plant for someone looking for a less grassy foreground texture. Give this plant a chance and find out what it has to offer!
I would give this plant a simple 3 out of 10 on the hard scale. 1 being you can grow it in a toilet and 10 being impossible. It's a relatively easy beginner plant!

Wasn’t too impressed...

Got these plants in high hopes of them not being too beat up. Well my hopes were busted as they indeed were pretty beat up. Some were even bent to the point the were broken and leaves torn off. What I salvaged I planted. Fingers crossed that they bounce back.

Hey Faith,

I am sorry if they came bent or busted. If you are unhappy we will happily take those back or offer a small refund- but those look darn good to us. We are fair people and want to make you happy. How would you like us to fix this?

More than I Expected

The order was delayed a bit, but Dustin called to explain. Not a computerized text, but the owner's human voice. As always I got more than I expected. Heat pack was cold but luckily Lobelia Cardinalis winter's over wild here in PA so they survived. Beautiful purple under the leaves. Extremely happy!
