ICE PACKS. Keep Them COLD!
IT"S HOT OUT THERE!
NOTHING WILL KILL PLANTS FASTER THAN HEAT. (Not Cold)
Yep- We've shipping several hundred THOUSAND plants all over the country and imported them from ALL over the world.
COLD is the game. Ice packs are king
We have found the ideal temps for most plants is between 40 and 75 degrees. Any more of less than that your could get into trouble.
IF YOU LIVE SOMEWHERE HOT (OVER 80 degrees Fahrenheit) YOU NEED an Ice Pack.
We call it an Ice Diaper. We take the time to WRAP YOUR ICE PACK and pad it in your box. We can't promise much after 3 day in the heat, but we are shipping this way down to Florida and across to California in the SUMMER HEAT.
People are so happy with their plant upon arrival with the "Ice Diapers" they have reached out to tell us so.
WE take great pride in our product, and getting it to you safely and healthy. If you live somewhere HOT and choose NOT to buy an Ice Pack we aren't going to be able to work with you much if there is a problem.
Why put your order at risk with the post office or on a hot delivery truck? GET ONE.
Ice packs kept the plants cool and moist when I received them on a 90 degree day
Ordered when Temps where high 90s in my area and plants made it looking fresh. Reusable too.
regardless where you live during the summer months. Cheap insurance for an item you'll be looking at for a long time. Support small businesses....in the hopes they grow to be bigger businesses.
Thanks to Dustin and his merry band of plant keepers for providing awesome plants.
Definitely needed this time of year!
When I ordered my plants, we were just coming out of triple digit temperatures, so I added the ice pack. We have super slow delivery where I live, so I knew these poor plants were going to be on the road a while. Of course, the next day temps were back to the low 80's. When my plants arrived the outside of the box felt warm. When I unpacked my plants the ice pack was completely melted. Thanks to Dustin's incredible packing and insulated bag inside of the box, my plants looked great. For a few dollars more, it was absolutely worth keeping my plants happy.
