We have found the ideal temps for most plants is between 40 and 75 degrees. Any more of less than that your could get into trouble.

I don't know if it helped or not, but I had a ice pack added to my order and my plants were received in great shape. Also don't forget the juice.

Very dissapointed in ice and packaging

We have still been having 90+ degree temps in October, Houston area. So, I decided to play it safe and include the ice packs. Luckily, I was home when the package was delivered because there was only one little ice pack and it was completely thawed. . . not even a bit cool. The plants were in a foil pouch (but obviously it was too small for my order) and it was completely open on the end, letting all the cold out and the heat in. It really did not appear that it was ever sealed. While I am pleased with the plants, and they arrived in good shape, but I feel like I simply wasted 4 bucks on the special ice packaging. It won't stop me from ordering plants again from Dustin, I will just wait for cooler weather.

Absolutely total waste! Don't buy!

I added the ice packs as suggested due to heat, but the execution of the packaging was highly disappointing. My order was delivered next day and the package wasn't cool in the slightest, it was hot and plants had some heat damage. I paid for the ice packs, but they only out them in thin bubble envelope in box with no additional packing at all! How is this supposed to help? This is maybe good for couple hours.. Didn't even last a day. Why not add some packing material to help? The added weight caused leaf damage with ice packs shifting around, so ice packs were complete waste with thier current packing.
