Worth it

Weather is all over the place where I am right now, so it was worth it to have the peace of mind knowing my plants would be good. Heat pack was still warm when it arrived, and plants were healthy.

Mixed feelings

This is my first go around with real plants. I went with the 4 bestselling pack and asked for cant kill em plants. My delivery (with the heat pack) arrived and the plants looked rough. I emailed them pictures a d they responded quickly and said they'd ship replacements. Second shipment arrived and 3/4 plants looked better but the banana plant was pretty mangled and was in several pieces. Not really expecting that one to make it.

Im hoping this is more weather related than anything else. I'll give Dustins another shot in the spring and see what happens.

I didn’t receive a heat pack. I’m not that bothered by this though.

There was no Heat pack in the delivery. The one I got on my last order worked great it was still warm when delivery arrived.
