Hygrophila Salicifolia (Rugged background plant)
We have become known for our Hygrophilas.
THIS IS A BANGER. (I know people who keep this beast with cichlids... but I don't know your fish)
THESE ARE SWEET LOOKING PLANTS. Better than the photos!
This Hygrophila Salicifolia is one that you must try no matter what skill level. It is a relentless plants. You have probably heard of water wisteria. This plant is it's cousin if you will.
We love this hygro because it brings you that big strong stem plants look that you want as your background. It might pause for just a second to get rolling in your aquarium but rest assured, as long as you are running even remotely decent water, this plant will THRIVE for you.
You could pull out each individual stem out of the bunches we sell and it would branch out on its own. (This is a favorite plant during our $1 per stem sale for this very reason. The single stems are WOW when left to grow out on their own)
If you are running lower light aquariums this plant will be a tab more leggy and thinner.
On a scale of 1-10 I give this a two for ease of keeping.

I love ordering from Dustin's fish tanks! Their plants are always hardy and look well taken care of. They are vibrant when received... Best of all you can they put a lot of thought into the packaging to protect the integrity, safety and life of the plant!!!
I only got one of the 4 plants I ordered and I was the Wisteria. It can really small and beat up looking. The other plants I received were pretty but I really wanted what I ordered. Disappointed that what I got was NO WHERE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. (the ones online are beautiful and big, this is what I got)
We don't sell pots that color. or anything looking like that. I don't think you got that from us. You won't see a single plant with that color pot AND we don't sell wisteria potted. Please email greenhouse@dustinsfishtanks.com and let us figure this out. That isn't from us
I haven’t had any luck in the past with plants in my Mbuna tanks but I trust your judgement on these plants surviving. If the make it I will be purchasing a bunch more. I’ll get back to you in a month or two. Go Hygrophila Salicifolia!

This plant looks amazing I have never grown one before but it looks so nice in my tank . Happy buyer will buy again .
