Anubias Barteri "Golden Coin" (Smaller with many leaves nickel size) NICE PLANTS
NOTE: The photos labeled "BARE ROOT" is what the plant looks like that you will get when you purchase the BARE ROOT variety.
We started keeping it a few months back.... and love it.
Like it's big "OG" brother Anubias Barteri, this Anubias holds up wonderfully and is MEGA HARDY. Of course, in the picture is an absolute unit of one.
Like it's name, Coin, it has round dark green leaves around the size of a quarter.
As with all other Anubias, Anubias Golden coin likes to be attached to a rock or piece of driftwood. We have found, while it is a slow grower, it likes a big more waterflow than other plants. (Think Africa with harder water and faster moving streams)
Check out the roots coming off of the rhizome. This plant would make a great addition to any tank!
You might find this Anubias plant less expensive elsewhere. Look at the photos in our reviews, and look at the photos/reviews in other places.
You get what you pay for.

It came in quickly and healthy, had a few snail egg clutches on the leaves but it survived my peroxide bath egg free. It is now happily planted in my new tank along with the other ones I bought. No holes or damage on the leaves, good quality large leaves.

This might be my fault in handling it, but the rhizome was mushy and i ended up having to toss it
I’ve bought these from another site and from my LFS, and neither of those come close to the quality of the plant I got from DFT!! My entire package came in great shape and only took two days!! Heat pack was still warm!! A+++
Golden coin arrived looking great and exactly as pictured. Couldn’t be happier. And I had tried to order another Anubias but were sold out, but they found a small one left and threw it in as freebie! Dustin’s has not disappointed yet and I thank them much for my great looking tank!
