First of all I wanna say thank you to Dustin and his team. Plants arrived healthy, green, moist and just overall in excellent condition also they arrived a day early. I’m working on this budget nano tank build and while browsing online I found the “can’t kill it combo” best bang for your buck seriously. They hooked me up with plenty of plants enough for my whole set up to look alive and green. Overall I’m a very happy customer and I will be ordering again for my next budget project and current projects. Thank you so much friends 10/10
The overall service from Dustin's has been good up until receiving the package the packaging was very difficult to open the bag continuously stuck the packaging adhesive causing me to tear the bag off plants causing minimal damage but opening the bag of plants proved difficult and ended up breaking a portion of a plant. The lack of instructions to plant the plants in the tank was difficult to handle as I didn't know how exactly to go about putting these plants in the tank and the only instructions were to remove the packaging to place them in which in doing so removed a huge portion of the root system on all the plants so I'm very hopeful that the plants survive the trauma but the plants did arrive it fantastic condition and packaging was undamaged and arrived very quickly so all in I'd say 8.4/10 for overall service.
