This is one of the MOST BULLET PROOF PLANTS I sell. It has narrower leaves than Anubias Nana, and a sweet RED STEM! This plant prefers a low light environment.

An excellent Foreground or Mid-Ground plant for any aquarium.
Difficulty: Anubias Afzelii is a 1 on the 1-10 scale. 1 being it could grow in a toilet and 10 being it is impossible!
LIghting: This plant enjoys a low light environment.
Extra notes: Most anubias like harder water with a bit more water flow to keep algae off of it.

Although I am not new to aquariums, I'm new to live plants. So I wanted a low maintenance plant. These plants arrived with sturdy stems & nice, long leaves! With their normal great pricing, I was considering, but as soon as they went on sale, I pulled the trigger. There was some browning on the leaves, and two fell off after just a few hours of being submerged. Probably not a big deal. Make sure to ask for string/wire to tie them to your rocks, wood, logs, etc. I put that note somewhere in the order, but probably not in the correct place, because I didn't receive any. Not a big deal either, because I just used some loose twist ties.
I've had a lot of Anubias afzelli before and they were nothing like this. There's places to get plants, and then there's Dustin's.
Love it! My tank is cloudy from stiring everything up. Dustin's plants are so awesome.
