Red Tiger Lotus- (Dwarf Aquarium Lily)- EASY RED Aquarium Plant
Red Tiger Lotus are an amazing plant that I really just got into not all that long ago. I love the big red leaves and the unique shape of the plant. As with most red plants, with Red Tiger Lotus, you are going to want to make sure that they have substantial nutrients in their substrate. The better the substrate the better the Red Tiger Lotus will grow. I wouldn't advise trying to keep a Red Tiger Lotus without Dirt or some really substantial root fertilizer.
They say to cut it back so it grows better. I have never personally done this, but it isn't a bad idea for how to care for a red tiger lotus. The Red Tiger Lotus is from west Africa and just looks great as a contrast in you planted aquarium tank. You get so much of an interesting plant with such a great red that I really love this plant.
Red Tiger Lotus is totally a top ten favorite plant of mine.
NOTE: These plants are soo phat that I hand wrap them in wet paper so that they are delivered perfectly to you.
This plant might lose a leaf or two in shipping as they are so thin, but they grow back quickly.

I am completely inexperienced when it comes to aquarium plants—I’ve had this plant for 2.5 weeks. I’ll admit, I was not impressed when I first opened my package. It was part of the ‘can’t kill it combo’ and was tiny with damaged leaves. I have a 20 gallon with only rocks, no plant substrate, and I buried the bulb with a root tab right next to it. I use Dustin’s liquid fertilizer every other day and my plants are growing wonderfully! New leaves are popping up and growing large all the time. I’m so happy with them.
They are ok I quess , very small and leaves barely hanging on roots, took a little longer than normal for delivery, so will think again to order
I bought the bulbs they showed up looking amazing! They all showed up with multiple leaves and have thrived in my tank, picture is after 2 weeks in the water! I wish would have ordered more!
